 How can i download?

If you are not a Premium User, you have to wait a little time, because of the wait time.
After that, click on Free Download and your download will start.

I cant download any files, what can I do?
Please enable Javascript and Cookies at your Browser.
If you do not have a premium account, you have to deactivate a possible download accelerator or proxy software.
If you have downloaded sometime, it could be that we have blocked you due traffic or cheating.

Your system complaints about that I downloading/downloaded too much?
Our system checks your IP-address in order to count the downloads.
If you are getting this message and you really did not download anything, then you are using a proxy-server, which is used by other people as well. Even if you have no proxy-server set up in your configuration, there are many providers who force a transparent proxy-servers between you and the net. If you do not believe us, go to other pages telling you your IP-address (for example http://www.myipaddress.com.) But what can you do? You have to disable this proxy-server. If you are not able to disable the proxy-server, the only solution IS a Premium-account. Premium-users are recognized by cookies, not by IP-address. Unfortunately we cannot disable our IP-check, else people would download so much that we would have to close down this service completely. I hope you understand our situation in this matter.
Please check your Browser, Download Manager/Accelerator etc. for proxy-server.

Can i resume broken downloads?
At this point, only Premium members can resume interrupted downloads.
They can use extensive server routines which also support the downloading of segments.
In this way, a file can be downloaded much faster in parallel to several streams, e.g. with download accelerators. Please be aware that some download accelerators do not handle the download with several streams correctly and produce more traffic, which will be accumulated to your traffic.

How many files can i download at the same time?
Free and Guest users are only able to download 1 file at time.
Premium users can download up to 100 files at the same time.

Can i use Downloadtools or Downloadaccelerators?
Yes you can, but at this time we have no Downloadtools/accelerators
You may use any of the public accelerators: Speedget, Download Accelerator Plus, GetRight, FlashGet and GoZilla also try google file download manager or download accelerator.

Are they any Downloadtraffic limits?
Yes, we are limiting the traffic of each user.
Premium users traffic is limited, but by far not like free or guest users.
The traffic can be updated via money, points or payments via our payment solutions if its not enough.

Why is my Download slow? It was fast
This can have many reasons, but the main problem is that we have limits for guest and free user depending on our load.
If our download servers are busy, the speed is slow.
For example, in the night there is not much work for our servers, so the download speed will be set.
Waitingtimes ofcource, will be lower.
Premium users dont have any speed or connection limits. Per Download, the maximum speed is 1.5 MBs

I registered, but i cand find any downloads?
We dont have any download portal here. You can not search for files.
You only can download a file, if you know the valid freakshare-link for that file.
